Due to the extreme unpredictability of animals, Pet Taxi cannot be
held responsible for any unusual mishaps , personal
injury/accidental death etc. Client releases Pet Taxi and the Pet Taxi driver from all
liability for loss, injury or death to pet(s). 

The client is liable for injury or damage to Third Parties.

Pet Taxi Drivers are entrusted to use the best judgment in caring for the
pet(s) and home, in the event of an emergency situation, inclement
weather or natural disaster.  Pet Taxi will be held harmless for
consequences related to such decisions.
